We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Treasury & ALCM Manager.

In this role, you will:

* Collaborate, engage, and support various activities to achieve the goals and objectives of the treasury team in HBUK. The purpose of this role is to provide support to, and analysis of, liquidity reporting. You will be expected to offer commercial insight from treasury information, and to drive process improvement across the function.
* This role provides an excellent and unique opportunity both to gain exposure to senior management as well as to work with a highly motivated team of skilled and experienced Asset, Liability and Capital specialists within the supportive structure of Group Finance, where career development is a high priority.
* Conduct analysis and interrogation of liquidity and funding reports to ensure business drivers are understood and explained to senior management.
* Carry out regular and bespoke stress testing on liquidity. Provide necessary support in setting up of stress testing assumptions.
* Contribute to the production of documents including the Individual Liquidity Adequacy Assessment, Contingency Funding Plan, Annual Report, and Recovery and Resolution Plans.
* The role is part of the HBUK Finance team and will be based in Birmingham and you will report to the ALCM-Head of Liquidity.



Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

* Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CA, CIMA or equivalent) with Financial Services experience.
* Funding and Liquidity management experience.
* Demonstrable experience of financial analysis/ modelling and business partnering skills.
* Collaborative, engaging, credible and analytical; being able to bring the numbers to life.
* Experience of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders (at all levels of seniority).

The base location for this role is London and with a hybrid working pattern.
