Our client, one of the leading financial institutions globally, is seeking a Treasury Implementation Advisor to join their team. As a Treasury Implementation Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for Global Commercial Banking clients. By implementing treasury products and solutions, you will contribute to the overall success of the team and build strong relationships with clients. This is your opportunity to showcase your expertise while working in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.

Benefits:

* Competitive salary of £31,000 per annum

* Fixed-term contract until 31st December 2024

* Hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home following training)

* Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

* Implement treasury products and solutions for clients.

* Take ownership of end-to-end project resolution.

* Conduct research and collaborate with internal partners to provide accurate responses to client inquiries.

* Respond to client and sales partner enquiries promptly.

* Resolve conflicts and escalate concerns when necessary to ensure exceptional client experience.

* Previous experience in a financial setting.

* Strong organisational skills to manage complex projects.

* Excellent customer service abilities.

* Effective oral and written communication skills.

* Ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

* Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
