Treasury Operations Assistant

Role overview:

This role you will gain an understanding of daily operations in a Treasury Department. Operating experience in the money/capital markets and understanding Asset Backed Securitisation. In addition to understanding of the funding requirements of a Financial Services organisation.

THE ROLE:

  • Daily bank reconciliation
  • Processing deal confirmations
  • Preparing and processing the daily payments of cash flows
  • Maintaining authorised signatory lists
  • Review of system users compared to User profile reports
  • Rate setting on financial contracts at periodic intervals
  • Group company loan administration
  • Ensure the ABS process is Sarbannes Oxley (SOX) compliant and compliant with all other internal audit requirements
  • Assistance with audit requirements
  • Assist with the implementation of future ABS transaction
  • Create and complete monthly ABS reconciliations
  • Assist with the production of monthly regulatory and investor reporting
