Treasury Operations Supervisor

This role of Treasury Operations Supervisor requires a dedicated professional who can lead a team effectively within the Accounting & Finance department of a well-established industrial / manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day treasury operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Description

• Overseeing daily treasury operations
• Implementing and managing cash management systems
• Maintaining banking relationships and negotiating bank services/fees
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures
• Developing strategies to optimise cash position
• Leading, coaching and developing the treasury team
• Providing financial reports to senior management
• Participating in financial projects as required

Profile

A successful Treasury Operations Supervisor should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified)
• Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial / manufacturing sector
• Strong understanding of treasury operations and cash management
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in financial software and reporting systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Job Offer

A successful Treasury Operations Supervisor will receive:

• An annual salary ranging from £50,000 to £55,000
