Trials Administrative Assistant
Our client, a prestigious London University, is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join them as a temporary Trials Administrative Assistant.
The position is 35 hours per week, for 3 months in the first instance. The role offers hybrid-working, with 3 days per week based on-site in Central London and the rest remote.
Key Responsibilities for this role include:
- Providing administrative assistance and support to the Clinical Trials Unit, including the production of documentation for the unit e.g. online content, forms, training materials etc.
- Being the first point of contact for enquiries to the team, providing a customer-focused service to a variety of stakeholders.
- Supporting relevant team meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, note and minute-taking.
- Maintaining accurate data and documentation.
- Supporting the Head of Operations with administration, taking responsibility for projects and tasks as directed.
To be considered for this position, you should possess:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a higher education setting.
- Demonstrable, strong experience in customer service and/or administrative roles.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using various IT systems.
Ability to work proactively and independently.
The position aims to start as soon as possible, requiring candidates to be available immediately or have a short notice period to be considered.
