Manager TSA

Duration 6 Months

Day Rate £600-650

Location WARWICK

Hybrid 2/3 days Office

Our client is on a digital and transformative journey. They are transforming the way that they operate and are in the process of adopting a customer-centric product model, shifting culture to one that is open, innovative, and team-driven and deploying market leading and first-in-the world technologies to achieve net-zero operability by 2025.

Accountable for providing leadership and strategic direction as necessary for the TSA Office function:

Accountable for providing direction and guidance on overall TSA service delivery and performance.


Accountable for resolving escalations on account of proposed commercial/scope changes to the TSAs;
Accountable for providing oversight on Wind Down activities and migration opportunities whilst protecting ESO services.


Accountable for providing oversight and guidance on assessment of Costs being raised by my client and Third-Party vendors, including assessment of Consequential Costs in alignment OFGEM principles.


Accountable for providing guidance on managing reputational issues for ESO, working alongside my client in a collegiate and collaborative manner.


Accountable for the highest level of escalation and strategic resolution of all TSA related issues;
Responsible for leading the ESO relationship with my client for the delivery of all TSA and TSA services.


Accountable for issuing communications related to the TSA matters to the relevant stakeholders
Accountable for managing and updating, as required, the TSA operational governance processes, e.g., Escalation Management, Change Governance, Governance Forums, etc.


Responsible for ensuring that the decisions of Change Approval Boards (CAB) and Project Boards are expedited and communicating these decisions to TSA Service Owners and other relevant stakeholders.
