Our client who specialise in metal work, and who provides customers with fabrication services from initial to design right through to the completed products, are looking for a Tube Bender to join their team!

Tube Bender Roles and Responsibilities:

• Setting up machinery and prepping the metals
• Placing metal tubing into machines ready bending
• Manipulating and cutting metal down to size
• Using drills, mills, lathes, guillotines
• Work with metal tubes, rods, and bars, shaping them into the desired configurations
• Using a tube bending machine and working from written instructions and plans
• Fabricate parts by flaring, deburring, trimming, and forming material of various dimensions

The ideal Tube Bender will:

• Have previous experience in tube bending
• Be able to work from engineering drawings
• Experience working within a metal/ steel work environment

Working Hours + Benefits:

• Monday - Friday
• 7am - 4pm, with a 1pm finish on Fridays!
• Overtime paid at time and a half
• Company pension scheme
• Onsite parking
