TypeScript Developer, £70k to £90k, London Paddington (Hybrid)

Avanti Technology are partnering with a VC-funded startup who have launched an awesome cybersecurity product. We are hiring for the UK based development team. We are looking for multiple mid to senior typescript developers. The ideal scenario would be 2 days per week from their brand-new London Paddington office, and 3 days per week from home (budget for equipment provided, plus a brand new top of the range mac and monitors).

You’ll be working on the flagship product with a talented close knit product engineering team with operations that spread globally.

Impact and Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with other team members to design and implement the backend systems of a complex cloud-based product.
• Writing tests to ensure code is at an excellent level
• Deploying on AWS using automated deployment tools
• Growing and sharing your knowledge with the rest of the team

Your Knowledge & Skills

The work will be split between backend and frontend with a heavier emphasis on backend.

• 4+ years of programming experience with Node.js
• 2+ years experience with NoSQL and a RDBMS like PostgreSQL
• Independent self-learner
