Company Overview - Tyre Fitters & MOT Testers

These are full time positions based in the Northampton area.

This is an exciting time for the company who have some fantastic expansion plans in place.

The right candidate for the role will need to be enthusiastic, forward thinking and personable with the drive to hit the floor running. You will need to have previous experience as MOT Testers or Tyre Fitters.

Tyre Fitters & MOT Testers Roles and Responsibilities:

Tyre Fitters- Ideally you will have the ability to carry out light vehicle maintenance and hold a formal qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ 2 OR 3 in light vehicle maintenance or equivalent). Changing Tyres, Fixing punctures, adjusting wheel alignment

MOT Testers- You will need to have the skills and experience to carry out all aspects of MOT Testing. You will need to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role and hold a City & Guilds or NVQ qualification (minimum level 3)

Tyre Fitters & MOT Testers Skills and Experience:

• Excellent communication skills
• A full UK driving licence or equivalent
• A drive and enthusiasm to grab hold of opportunities
• Excellent relationship building skills
• You must have previous experience within the automotive industry
• Flexibility to work weekends
• A positive attitude and the ability to self-motivate is a must
