As Lead Immigration Solicitor and UK Immigration Director, you will be the primary UK legal and strategic advisor for a portfolio of clients. You’ll be empowered to make impactful decisions, lead strategic initiatives, and collaborate across teams to ensure our clients achieve their immigration goals with ease and confidence.

Duties:

• Act as UK corporate immigration expert for the firm.
• Serve as the day-to-day legal point of contact for clients and foreign nationals, providing expert guidance on U.K. immigration matters.
• Respond to enquiries and assessment requests within service standards.
• Develop tailored strategies for each client's immigration needs, maximising success rates.
• Review and approve UK immigration casework prepared by legal and support teams before filing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
• Utilise our proprietary technology platform to enhance case management efficiency and client communication.
• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of client and audit reports.
• Stay ahead of the latest immigration trends and legal changes, integrating new knowledge into client strategies and internal processes.
• Participate in training sessions and contribute to the development of best practices within the team.
• Attend weekly meetings with clients and the UK team.
• Con?dently work under pressure.

Experience:

• Ideally 3-6 years of experience within UK business immigration.
• Detailed knowledge and experience of ?ling work visa applications.
• The candidate will be an OISC registered adviser - or willing to become registered over time.
