Treasury Manager - UK Defence Organisation

Salary: Circa £65,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash position on a daily basis, forecasting short, mid, and long-term movements.
  • Monitor risks and opportunities to cash position, providing insights to the Group Treasury team.
  • Conduct cash forecasting and reporting, including monthly meetings with senior stakeholders.
  • Lead FX exposure risk management and hedging activities.
  • Oversee team operations, providing coaching and support for performance enhancement.
  • Collaborate with international Treasury teams and support ongoing system improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for:

  • Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills.
  • Significant experience in Treasury and Foreign exchange risk management.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively in an international environment.
  • Reactivity, proactivity, and autonomy.
