Unqualified Primary Teacher (Can offer KS1 OR KS2)

We are working with a vibrant primary school, nestled in the heart of Northampton, who are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join their team from September 2024. They will consider full and part time applicants.

Position Overview:

  • Role: Primary Teacher
  • Contract: Ongoing
  • Hours: Full-time or Part-time
  • Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire - NN2

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love for learning, creativity, and collaboration.
  • Assess student progress regularly through a variety of formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to support their academic growth.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents/guardians to ensure a holistic approach to student development and well-being.
  • Implement effective behaviour management strategies that promote a safe, respectful, and conducive learning environment for all students.

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of the Primary curriculum and proficiency in planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
  • A passion for fostering a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusivity within the school community.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to contribute to the school's continued success.
