Role Overview: As an Unqualified Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and support students in their learning journey. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the education sector and make a positive impact on young lives. Training and support is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering engaging lessons across various subjects.
- Support classroom activities and manage student behavior.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who need additional help.
- Participate in school events and extracurricular activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Requirements:
- A passion for working with children and young people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to professional development and learning.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
