Reed Education is seeking an Unqualified Teacher to join our dynamic network of educators. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and are seeking an opportunity to contribute to student learning and achievement in a secondary school setting.
Role Overview:As an Unqualified Teacher, you will support the delivery of education across various subjects, with a focus on assisting in the classroom and facilitating learning under the guidance of qualified teachers. Your role will be to help ignite students’ interest in learning and assist in creating an engaging educational environment.
Responsibilities:- Assist in planning and delivering lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 under the supervision of qualified staff.
- Help adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Support the use of technology and practical examples to enhance student engagement.
- Aid in assessing student progress and providing feedback.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support a unified curriculum and a positive learning environment.
- Degree in a relevant field is preferred but not essential.
- A strong interest in pursuing a career in education.
- An understanding of educational principles and a willingness to learn teaching techniques.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
