The Role:

We are looking for motivated Unqualified Teachers to deliver high-quality education to students at KS3 and KS4 levels. In this Temp role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of your students, while also contributing to the wider school community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver your subject specialised lessons provided by the school.
  • Monitor and support students through the lesson to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.
  • Engage with colleagues to support student success and wellbeing.

Minimum Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following minimum criteria:

  • Experience: Experience with teaching or tutoring at a secondary level, with a good understanding of the KS3 and 4 curriculum.
  • Training: Completed a Certificate relating to Behaviour Management. Familiarity with safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students in a subject you specialise in.

To be considered for the higher end of the salary bracket, candidates should demonstrate:

  • Experienced Unqualified Teacher: Extensive experience in Unqualified Teacher roles within a Secondary School setting, with a proven track record of student success.
  • Professional Development: Continued professional development (CPD) in the education sector, including advanced training or certifications that enhance teaching practice.
  • Consistency: Working reliably with Link3 Recruitment, with continued positive feedback, may be rewarded with increased pay over time.
  • Legal Right to Work: Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK. Proof of eligibility will be required as part of the recruitment process.

Derby:

This role is based in Derby, within a well-established secondary school. The school is easily accessible by public transport and offers a supportive working environment.
