Milk Education are recruiting for a Unqualified Teaching Assistant for a Primary school in North Tyneside to work on a long-term basis starting in the new academic year! This is a school, who prides itself on being happy and caring, with high standards of attainment and behaviour.

Unqualified Teaching Assistant Role & Responsibilities:

? Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students

? Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs including working with SEN

? Work with the teacher in intervention planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate

? Deliver catch-up sessions

Unqualified Teaching Assistant Non-negotiables:

? Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people

? Must have a passion for education

? Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills

? Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher
