SEEKING EXPERIENCED UPHOLSTERER TO JOIN A FAST GROWING BESPOKE FURNITURE COMPANY!

Our client is a bespoke high end furniture company that have an impressive portolio of work. They predominately service luxury hotels across london but also work with restaurants, bars and residential properties.

Currenty they are outsourcing their upholstery but with recent growth and a new factory in Chelmsford are looking to build their own in house upholstery team.

You'll get to be the first in house upholsterer and responsible for leading and growing your own team.

You'll be responsible for setting up the department, including layout design, installation of work benches, and procurement of necessary equipment.

You'll play a key role in shaping the direction and success of the new department.

This company has a fantastic reputation and are known to look after their staff which is backed up by the high retention rates.

They constantly look to develop staff and offer internal progression to explore other parts of the business.

As this is a new position in the business our client is flexible on salaries and happy to hear what your desired salary is.
