Job Ad: UX Contractors (North West – Hybrid Working)
About the Role:
We are looking for talented UX Contractors to join one of our key clients on a hybrid working model. Based in the North West, you will have the flexibility to work remotely while collaborating with our Manchester-based design agency. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, shaping user experiences that make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to enhance user experience.
- Apply UX best practices to improve usability, accessibility, and engagement.
- Work within agile teams, iterating designs based on user feedback and data.
- Ensure consistency in design systems and branding across digital products.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, UX Researcher, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and usability testing platforms.
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable designs.
- Familiarity with agile development processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be based in the North West or able to commute occasionally to Manchester.
