Electrical Apprentice Assessor
Samlesbury
£19.18 PAYE OR £25.64 per hour inside IR35
12 Months - 37 hour per week
Hybrid role - 2 days onsite 
  
This role involves supporting and assessing Electrical Maintenance Apprentices across various placements at the Warton and Samlesbury sites, so previous experience in the electrical industry is essential.
  
The Job:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment to help learners reach their full potential and succeed in the business.
• Take pride in the role and pursue ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices.
• Monitor and assess learner progress in line with relevant standards and legislation to ensure competence.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to motivate and guide learners throughout their journey.
• Create and deliver blended learning content aimed at achieving vocational excellence.
• Foster innovation and problem-solving skills through dynamic, blended learning approaches.
