Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple valuation engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Develop project plans, set milestones, and coordinate team activities to meet project objectives.

Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the engagement process.

Conduct comprehensive valuations for various purposes, including financial reporting, tax compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning.

Analyse financial statements, market data, industry trends, and economic conditions to support valuation conclusions.

Prepare detailed valuation reports, presentations, and other deliverables that effectively communicate valuation findings and recommendations.

Serve as a key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.

Provide strategic advice and insights to clients regarding valuation matters and related business decisions.

Identify opportunities for additional services and support business development initiatives.
Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and feedback to support their professional growth.

Requirements:

Qualified in a relevant Accountancy Qualification eg. ACA or ACCA (Preferred)

Relevant experience in valuations, preferably within a professional services or advisory firm.

Strong understanding of valuation principles, methodologies, and financial modelling techniques.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
