Key Responsibilities:

• Register and build rapport with potential Vendors.
• Arrange and conduct property valuations and viewings, providing unrivaled service.
• Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers.
• Arranging appointments for the mortgage broker and referring clients to solicitors.
• Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other estate agents.
• Generate and book in Property Valuations.
• Maintain accurate records of all Listings/Sales activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in a Valuer role, within the property industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the local property market.
• A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
