Valuer - Residential

Our client is an established, award-winning estate agency with two offices serving their local areas. They have an excellent track record in both the sales and lettings side of estate agency.

Due to ongoing growth they are looking to hire an experienced valuer to join the team. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate not only their knowledge of providing accurate valuations for prospective clients but also the ability to engage with vendors and gain their commitment to use our clients services.

This role would suit an ambitious, motivated candidate who wants to join an organisation that is looking to expand in to new locations and who is looking for a long term career with real prospects for personal development.

Please note: As part of this role, you will be required to carry out valuation work every third Saturday on a rota with other team members.

Location: This role will primarily be based at their head office in Littleborough with some vaulations also being carried out for the other office which is 5 miles away.
