A genuinely exciting role for a driven and enthusiastic property professional who is seeking career progression and the opportunity to be an integral part of an independent estate agency.
This role is for Valuer / Sales Negotiator - main role is to discuss strategies and marketing opportunities with the director and generate leads and income for the business. This is a new office for an existing company and the hope is that 60-80 properties are listed and 75% are completed until the end of the year.
Depending on how you perform and your ambitions, you may be offered an associate partner position in the future.
The job is to be based in Halifax. As this branch is not up and running yet, you will be asked to work from the Huddersfield Branch until fully open, apart from when you are generating leads, leaflet dropping, door knocking, appointments etc.
