I'm currently working with a well established accountancy firm who are growing their indirect team national, with a focus on bringing in new talent to their Manchester and Leeds office.

Your new role:

You will be working on a mixed client portfolio of large groups and OMBs getting involved in a range of indirect tax advisory and compliance.

In terms of projects you can expect to get involved in tenders, due diligence reports, VAT for insolvency/restructuring, review of VAT registration and much more as part of this varied role.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • VAT advisory or compliance experience gained working with a practice
  • Solid understand of VAT principles across a variety of sectors
  • Managing experience is a bonus but not essential
