Responsibilities:

• Accurately assessing and estimating vehicle damage
• Preparing detailed job cards and costing sheets
• Liaising with customers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders
• Ensuring all work meets high-quality standards and industry regulations
• Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a VDA Estimator
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in using industry-specific estimating software

Salary and Benefits:

• Basic salary of £45k
• Attractive bonus scheme
• 23 days holiday + BH
• Monday - Friday
• Possible Saturdays (depending on workload)
