Your Company:
An opportunity for a Vehicle Technician has become available within an automotive business, who is seeking someone to provide continuous cover for absences across the region, travelling to sites across Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire as needed. The business prides itself on delivering an exceptional level of customer service to its growing clientele base and offers a comprehensive range of services and solutions to meet their needs. This role will be of the utmost importance to continuing these offerings, with the job holder working on a range of vehicles and covering for absences across the region to ensure that workload is kept unaffected and customers are happy.

Your Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Conducting vehicle servicing and repair work to the highest standard and ensuring this meets customer expectations.
  • Ensuring service, maintenance and repair work meets requirements as set out by the company and manufacturer.
  • Completing all required paperwork in terms of repair work and Warranties, making sure these are accurate and up to date.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for further work that is needed to meet safety guidelines and the duty of care responsibilities.
  • Ensuring that excellent customer service is provided to customers at all times.
What you will need to Apply:
The ideal candidate for this role will possess at least a few years of experience within a vehicle technician capacity, preferably with MOT experience and a tester status, and applicants must possess a NVQ Level 3 at least. If previous experience working on car brands such as Mazda is possessed, then this would be an advantage but not a necessity. Candidates should have experience in servicing, diagnosing and repairing motor vehicles. Candidates must be able to travel to multiple sites across the region.
