We are currently looking for an experienced Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our client's team based in Borehamwood.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate estimates for the repair and service of vehicles using the latest techniques and technologies, as well as developing and maintaining a strong relationship with customers and suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent knowledge of motor vehicle parts, diagnostics, and repair methods, and be able to accurately assess repair costs and repair times.


Estimator / vehicle damage assessor Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate estimates for repair and service of vehicles using the latest techniques and technologies
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with customers and suppliers
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that all estimates are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their complete satisfaction
- Analyse customer needs and advise on the most appropriate repair or service
- Ensure that all estimates are completed in accordance with the company's policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of all estimates and repairs


Estimator / vehicle damage assessor Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the Motor industry
- Excellent knowledge of motor vehicle parts, diagnostics, and repair methods
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to use the latest techniques and technologies
