MB612: Vehicle Electrician
Location: Walsall
Salary: £25,000 - £33,500 DOE + £1k Bonus + Overtime allowances
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (early finish on Friday), 37 hours a week

Overview:

First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic International Defence business who are looking to recruit multiple Vehicle Electricians on a permanent basis due to growth based at their Walsall depot.

As an Electrical Vehicle Technician, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be part of a highly skilled team supporting customers including the police, fire, and ambulance service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Fit, repair, install and integrate enhanced electrical and electronic systems in motor vehicles.
  • Fault finding and rectification.
  • Design and develop electrical solutions for vehicles.



Skills and Qualifications:

  • NVQ level 2 in a relevant qualification (or proven automotive electrical experience
  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Ability to work effectively under own initiative, or as part of a team to achieve desired results.
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work safely in an industrial environment.
