I am currently recruiting for a well-known car manufacturer who require 4 x vehicle technicians
  • Annual Salary: £35,000 (Basic) + Uncapped Bonus
  • Location: Didcot, Oxfordshire
  • Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team in Didcot, Oxfordshire. This is a permanent, full-time position ideal for someone with a Level 3 Diploma in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. The role offers a competitive basic salary with the added benefit of an uncapped bonus, reflecting the quality and quantity of work.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles to manufacturer standards.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Performing vehicle inspections, testing, and servicing.
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely and complies with professional standards.
  • Keeping records of work carried out and time taken.
  • Communicating effectively with the service team and customers when required.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A Level 3 Diploma in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
