Vehicle Technician - Basingstoke -
Basic Salary - £35,000 -
OTE - £47,000 -
Paid Overtime -
 
Our client, a busy Franchised Car Dealership near Basingstoke have the requirement for experienced Vehicle Technician to join their established workshop team
 
Responsibilities
 
As a Vehicle Technicians responsibility will include:
·Ensure Servicing & Repairs are carried out to Manufacturer Standards
·Cambelt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements (depending on skill level)
·In depth Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics (depending on skill level)
·Warranty Repairs
 
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
 
Essential Requirements:
·Minimum of a NVQ Level 2/3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
·1+ year Post Apprenticeship experience
·Full UK Driving Licence
 
Desirable Requirements:
·Car Vehicle Experience
·Manufacturer or IMI Accreditations / Qualifications
·Franchised Dealer Experience
·MOT Licence (Class 4 & 7)

Remuneration & Benefits
 ·Basic Salary of £30,000 to £35,000 depending on skill/experience
·On Target Earnings of £42,000 - £47,000
·Paid Overtime)
·Manufacturer Training
·Great benefits package
 
Working Hours
 
8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
Saturday morning 8am till 1pm as overtime
