Role: Vendor Management Support

Reports to: Head of Vendor Management

Location: Birmingham (2 Days Office based)

Vacancy type: Permanent

Salary: £55,000 / £65,000 + Bonus

  • Work closely with the Head of Vendor Management to partner with the business, their IT suppliers and strategic partners.
  • Based on business data and insights, help provide intelligent a high-level understanding of existing and potential suppliers and partners capabilities.
  • Work with the IT functional leads to provide commercial and financial information to help support decision making across the business.
  • Monitor and track IT performance, Business Outcomes, KPIs, SLAs while collaborating with IT Governance
  • Ability to run RFP and RFI processes.
  • Ability to understand contracts / legal speak along with the sourcing process and renewals
