An exciting opportunity to join the global leader in veterinary nutraceuticals that distribute their market leading products to over 40 countries.

Based at our office in Dublin, the Veterinary Business Advisor will provide office support to our field sales team and veterinary practices in Ireland.

Main Duties (but not limited to)

  • Provide administrative support to the field sales team and Regional Sales Manager.
  • Be the first point of contact for veterinary practices and end users in Ireland.
  • Responsible for managing stock levels of product and marketing material and ordering more when required.
  • Receive stock, put away in correct areas and then book deliveries into the system.
  • Process all orders each day as they are received and pack them for shipment including promotional items and literature.
  • Administrate 'Lunch & Learn’ meetings including sending confirmation letters, posters, thank you letters and certificates
  • Handle any product complaints, reporting these to the Quality Control department in the UK
  • Produce daily sales reports.
  • Management of payroll in conjunction with processing partner.
  • Reconcile customer accounts, making sure they are up to date.

About You

  • Previous office/admin experience
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Knowledge/ likeness of companion animals would be advantageous
  • Good IT Skills
