Veterinary Product Manager
About the role
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the Product Manager will be a key member of the UK and International team, responsible for increasing sales and growing the category of Brain and Behaviour products.
You would work closely with the subsidiary teams and International partners, helping to coordinate and organise relevant shows and events and building relationships with key opinion leaders and Universities.
You will be responsible for the product management, including planning, execution and monitoring throughout the product lifecycle
Act as first port of call for all product related enquiries
Specify market requirements for current and future range extensions through market research
Present and promote the Brain and Behaviour products to support the Sales teams
Help prepare all sales and technical literature and presentations and assist with the annual marketing plan
Monitor product sales weekly
Prepare a quarterly marketing activity plan and weekly activity report
Participate in Marketing events such as seminars and trade shows
About you
- A qualified Vet, with at least two years practice experience in the UK (ideally)
- Able to travel Internationally
- A good understanding of the veterinary market and its current challenges
- Ability to deliver creative and flexible solutions
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Excellent IT knowledge - especially Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
