Here's a little about the role:
- Greet and check-in clients and their pets upon arrival
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate staff member
- Collect and record client and patient information accurately
- Assist with filing and organizing medical records
- Process payments for services rendered
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and consult area

Are you a strong communicatior with excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor?

Can you multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment?

Are you proficient in using veterinary software systems for scheduling appointments and managing client information?

Do you have knowledge of basic veterinary terminology and procedures?

While we are looking for a 40 hour candidate, we are open to part time applications and can discuss this more with you at interview.

Prior experience working as a veterinary receptionist or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Training can be provided.
