We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President to join our Operations Hub - Digital Transformation Team. This role is located in Manchester, UK and will be working on a hybrid capacity. (3 days a week in the office).

The Operation Hub is responsible for providing the execution capability necessary to drive consistent operating standards & best practices across Operations. Ops Hub is compromised of 4 pillars, Process Architects, Ops Change Governance, Data Enablement & Analytics and Digital Tools Enablement.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders from across the enterprise team to deliver key transformation projects. Ability to challenge existing ways of working.
• Support the Operations Transformation Management in assessing existing processes and capabilities to identify gaps and opportunities for optimization, as well as contributing to the development of the digital transformation strategy.
• Consistently monitors workstream progress of Transformation initiatives and communicates updates to the Transformation Management.
• Using Process Mining to visualise processes flows & pinpoint bottlenecks
• Participates and provides guidance in development of the technical design, test plans, and user documentation. Consults internal business groups on requirements, functional architecture and implementation. Tracks scope and change throughout the remainder of the initiative utilizing formal requirements management principles, including change control and requirements traceability.
• Provides senior level consultation to internal business groups on digital transformation improvement initiatives designed to improve their operating effectiveness

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred
• Experience of working across a matrix organisation. Able to work alone and as part of a team during problem solving and planning / strategic direction.
• Ability to execute tasks under demanding conditions and effectively manage dynamic targets
• Strong desire to embrace our Digital Tool Learning Strategy across Global Operations. Continually learn and develop skills and knowledge to apply a common set of strategic digital tools and technologies to our work for clients and the company.
