Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain a robust compliance risk assessment framework
  • Collaborate with senior management to integrate compliance risk management into business strategy and operations.
  • Develop risk assessment methodologies, tools, and processes to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Ensure the risk assessment framework aligns with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular and ad-hoc compliance risk assessments across various business units and geographies.
  • Identify and evaluate potential compliance risks, including emerging risks and changes in regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, auditors, and business units, to ensure effective communication and collaboration on compliance risk issues.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in compliance risk assessment.
  • Continuously improve the risk assessment framework and processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Hands on experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in conducting and managing compliance risk assessments.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to compliance risk management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
