Duties

• Escorting Sub-Contractors and visitors through the building on multiple sites
• Undertaking additional tasking as directed Undertake Company mandatory training as required
• Have good working knowledge and understanding of general buildin services
• Welcoming and greeting site visitors/guests/subcontractors
• Being a friendly point of contact for any site related queries

Role Brief

• Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00 but this role will require flexibility as travel away to other sites throughout the UK and late night/weekend work will be expected.
• You must undergo extended vetting process including counter terror, money laundering and background checks
• The role will be most based in Westminster, Central London

Requirements

• Role requires you to be physically fit as there can be a lot of walking and physical activity.
• This role requires the person to be a British National To be able to gain DV clearance.
• Strong communication - fluent/native in English language - spoken and written
