Our client, a world-renowned museum in West London requires several temporary Visitor Experience Assistant. The role is payment £13.15 p/h plus holiday pay acrrual.

The main duties of the Visitor Experience Assistant role are:

• To offer an engaging and friendly customer experience to visitors
• Welcoming visitors on entry
• Scanning tickets
• Handing out audio guides
• Answering visitor’s questions
• Overseeing exhibits
• Ensuring visitors have the best experience possible

The successful candidate will have a friendly and helpful nature. You will be enthusiastic about providing the best visitor experience. Previous visitor experience work within a heritage or cultural organisation is preferred.

We are also keen to hear from enthusiastic candidates with experience in working with children and young people to help provide a safe, inspiring and positive learning environment during May school holidays and the Summer period. A First Aid qualification and a DBS check would be preferred for this role.
