Voids Multi Trader

Job title: Social Housing Voids Multi (Permanent)

Location: Runnymede

Salary: £36,000 + company van + fuel card

Job type: Permanent position to start ASAP

Howells Contracts are recruiting for a leading social housing contractor to recruit a team of Multi Trade Operatives to carry out reactive repairs and maintenance works to tenanted social housing properties in the Runnymede area. A Company van and fuel card will be provided.

Multi-Trade Experience - Carpenter - You will be responsible for all aspects of carpentry including kitchen repairs, bathroom repairs, bathroom and kitchen installs etc.

Multi-Trade Experience - You will also be confident in carrying out additional trades such as Plumbing, minor Brickwork, Patch Plastering, roofing and Tiling.

Multi-Trade Additional Requirements

  • NVQ Qualified/City and Guilds Qualified (Level 2 minimum)
  • Valid Clean UK Driving Licence
  • Current valid DBS Check or be willing to undertake as required
  • Experience working within tenanted properties
  • Familiar with PDA usage
  • Clean, presentable, and must be eligible to work in the UK (with proof)
  • Looking for someone based in the Bryze Norton Area
