They cover all key verticals and the ideal candidate will be an experienced banker operating at VP level (and strong Senior Associates will also be considered) and seeking an active and progressive platform to ensure high calibre experience that can propel them to MD.

You will either be an Oil & Gas specialist already, or looking to deepoen your specialisation having gained M&A and sector expertise as part of a credible Industrials or broader Natural Resources Group.   Your CV will exhibit first rate M&A execution experience. 

Responsibilities will centre on:

• You will be responsible for the management of live transactions
• You will oversee and drive the teams production of marketing presentations, Information Memoranda and other transaction documentation etc
• Begin to take a lead role in developing strategic ideas for clients 
• Providing support to senior professionals with the development/maintaining of client relationships and new business generation

Personal and Technical requirements include:

•  Previous Upstream Energy Investment Banking experience strongly preferred.
•  Detailed financial valuation modelling experience (DCF, Merger and LBO) .
•  Strong written and verbal communication skills.
