Vulnerable Customer Care Advisor (Part Time)
Pertemps are currently working with a Financial Services based company who are looking to expand their team.
Working withing the Vulnerable Customer's department, you will work as an essential arm of the business, providing guidance and advice to customers who need extra support.
This is a very well suited role to those with a caring and empathetic nature.
This would be a great opportunity for those currently working within a Care or Nursery environment and are looking for a change of career.
Salary: £23,500 pro rata
You’ll receive best-in-class training to provide you with the skills required to perform successfully in your role.
Once trained, you will work within a Voice team and become a valued member of our wider Collections team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a long-term career with a multi-national company based in our ‘award winning’ and ‘low carbon’ HALO Kilmarnock site.

- Hybrid working 3 days in our Kilmarnock office and 2 days working at home (after 3 months)
- Part Time Hours Available Shift Pattern 8-4 or 9-5
- 28 days holidays (increasing to 31 days after 5 years)
- Pension (5% employee and minimum 4% employer contributions)
