You’ll be the voice of calm and reassurance for customers who need a little extra support – helping them navigate difficult circumstances with care, professionalism and a listening ear.

What You’ll Be Doing
Taking inbound and outbound calls to support vulnerable customers with tailored guidance
Listening with empathy, problem-solving with care
Working closely with your colleagues in the wider collections and customer support team
Playing a key role in helping people get back on track during a challenging time
