You’ll be the voice of calm and reassurance for customers who need a little extra support – helping them navigate difficult circumstances with care, professionalism and a listening ear.

Whether you’re from a care background, nursery setting, or simply someone who thrives on meaningful conversation – this role could be a brilliant career move.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Taking inbound and outbound calls to support vulnerable customers with tailored guidance
  • Listening with empathy, problem-solving with care
  • Working closely with your colleagues in the wider collections and customer support team
  • Playing a key role in helping people get back on track during a challenging time
