Waking Nights Youth Worker vacancy waiting to be filled

Venn Group have been approached by a Charity and would like to introduce the following position available

Position:          Waking Nights Youth Worker

Location:         Morecambe 

Rate:               Rate Negotiable dependant on experience

Length:           12 weeks ongoing

Hours:             37 hours p/week

The role will predominantly involve:

  • Liaising with young people aged 16-24
  • Conducting safety patrols discreetly
  • Keeping records and handovers
  • Writing reports
  • Encouraging residents to follow house rules and to avoid inappropriate behaviour
  • Conducting Health and Safety checks
  • Attending occasional team meetings and training

To be considered for this role you will need to be available to start at short notice and have similar experience to the above you must also have an enhanced DBS issued within 12 months.
