Warden Couple

We are looking to find a special team to help run a soon to open site of furnished barns and farm house near Lutterworth in Leicestershire, with plans to add an additional 9 shepherd huts by the end of this year. Ideally suited to an active friendly couple who are not looking for a 9-5 job.

A job which requires a variety of skills with a flexible working timetable. We are looking for a couple who can start in mid to late June for a July opening. Working alongside an Estates Manager who is on the grounds, we need a couple to run the site.

One person will help with the maintenance and also one person to take care of bookings and communication with booking sites to ensure all properties are ready for customers and sort out issues with cleaners.

The position would be ideal for a young couple, you we also have full use of a two bed static ( recently refurbished as well ) with no bills to be paid. You are more than welcome to bring your own accommodation to site. You would be work 6 days a week and be on call when and if any issues arose.

This is a great opportunity for a couple who are looking for something that allows them to work together and take on a new challenge. Good communication skills, experience doing maintenance and managing your work around arrival schedules and customer service are required, candidates with a background in restaurant or hotel front of house, grounds keeping, or managing a customer facing accomodation or campsite would be well suited to what we are looking for.
