About the Job

Are you ready to lead and innovate in the heart of our operations? At Eco2 Solar, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Warehouse and Facilities Manager to join our team in based in our warehouse in Glasgow. You will be a key lynchpin in facilitating our Solar PV operations across Scotland (and occasionally Northern England). Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, from stock management to health and safety compliance, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Stock Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and implement stock control procedures.
• Warehouse Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure optimal space utilization, and manage warehouse staff.
• Site Deliveries: Coordinate and manage site deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate material distribution.
• Tool and Plant Hire Control: Oversee the hiring and return of tools and equipment, maintaining accurate usage records.
• Facilities and Housekeeping Management: Ensure our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Repairs and Servicing: Coordinate repairs and servicing of equipment and facilities, scheduling regular maintenance checks.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop the warehouse team, fostering a culture of high performance.
