They are seeking a hands-on operations and sales professional who excels in making presentations and participating in client meetings, driving growth through direct engagement and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• As a warehouse manager you will manage the receipt, storage, servicing, and dispatch of a wide variety of products.
• As a warehouse manager you will enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, hygiene, and security.
• As a warehouse manager you will oversee stock control and inventory systems.
• As a warehouse manager you will coordinate with clients, suppliers, and transport companies.
• Plan work rotas, assign tasks, and appraise results.
• As a warehouse manager you will recruit, train, coach, and motivate employees.
• Produce regular reports and statistics.
• As a warehouse manager you will Initiate and coordinate process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of supply chain management or business administration (Preferred)
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
• Proficiency in IT systems (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Strong understanding of warehousing Key Performance Indicators.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage staff.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
