Warehouse Manager
As Warehouse Manager, you'll lead our supply chain's heart, ensuring smooth operations and meeting productivity goals. Your role involves directing teams, optimising processes, and managing stock efficiently, all while collaborating with other departments to align strategies.
Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Guide and develop your team, assigning tasks and fostering growth through coaching.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute warehouse plans to meet operational objectives, focusing on safety, service, and cost management.

Inventory Management: Oversee stock operations, from receipt to storage optimisation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across departments to support operational goals and enhance collaboration.

KPI Accountability: Own performance metrics related to safety, service levels, and cost management, driving improvements.
