The Staffing Network is a labour provider across the UK and we are working in a partnership with a market leading company who are looking for a Operations Admin
Shift Pattern and Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday - Start time range between 08:00am-09:00am 08:00-18:00 Required to work 1 weekend in 3
Pay rate: £11.44 p/h
The role involves:
- Support the operations function with administering the Warehouse Management System.
- Reporting to the Warehouse Manager Processing and maintaining customer requirements on the relevant systems, ensuring accurate data entry in a timely manner
- Ensures transactions are completed in line with departmental KPIs.
- Captures customer or internal non-conformances on the relevant system, ensuring non-conformances are kept up to date with the most recent information.
- Knowledge the customer orders & process the orders accordingly.
- Liaise with the customer regarding collections dates & times.
- Advise the customer regarding any shortages or discrepancies when the order is input on the system.
- Book Transport on behalf of the customer if is required.
- Process returns / rejections.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers.
- Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Warehouse Admin role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong IT knowlage
- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and empathy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
