We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager who has the ability to lead a small team and . The role will require the Warehouse Manager to manage a small team.

The ideal candidate will have previous Warehouse Management experience and must have a valid and in date FLT license.

The role as Warehouse Manager:

• Provide constant positive leadership, training and coaching to motivate and develop your team.
• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, fulfilment, and productivity.
• Working closely with various departments within the business to ensure processes run smoothly.
• Deliver improvement plans and initiatives.
• Provide support and improve your team in terms of training, engagement, and teamwork.
• Drive your team to consistently produce high standards.
• Hold regular meetings with your team to review departments performance.
• Create a hardworking, positive culture.
• Provide feedback to your team.
• Ensure Health and Safety requirements are always met and followed.
• Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance/calibration when necessary.
• Can perform and delegate stock control operations to maintain accuracy.

The ideal candidate:

• Experience working within a fast-paced environment
• Experience across E-comm, pallet and container distribution
• Experience Managing a small team in a similar environment
• Good Knowledge and awareness of Health and Safety procedures
• Approachable with the ability to motivate and develop teams/individuals
• A mechanical understanding is desirable
• FLT Licence is essential
