Driver Hire Gatwick has a new opportunity coming up as a dedicated Warehouse Operative willing to also take on a role as a drivers matecapabilities to join one of our client’s team in Crawley. Key Responsibilities:

• Capable of lifting and shifting items weighing up to 30kg.
• Efficiently load and unload goods in the warehouse and on the road.
• Assist drivers during deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction with each delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service while on delivery routes.
• Participate in general warehouse duties, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Must be physically fit to handle manual labor and lifting heavy items.
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to start work at 07:00 AM.
• Ability to work well within a team and support drivers on the road.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Ready to start immediately.
